UPDATES
We just played an awesome show with Hammerfist, Code x Red, Wolf City and Domination out in Fernley, NV. It was our first show with our new drummer David. Our old drummer Nathan moved over to guitar and things sounded a lot more full.
Reactions were strong for every band and things definitely got hectic during Hammerfist, as they should have. It was great to see everyone take off their diapers, get crazy and have the decency to not complain or cry when shit was getting wild. Always awesome to see shows like that with everyone giving 110% to make it the best it could be.
The kids out in Fernley have done Reno hardcore a huge service by giving all of us a place to go nuts and the amount of people who come from all around NV (Reno, Sparks, Fernley, Yerington, Fallon, Carson City) just to see a show with mostly locals never ceases to amaze me.
There was going to be a split with PA's Vow of Hatred but we both decided to head off and do our own thing but you never know what could happen in the future. From here on out, we will be writing for a new full length that may or may not be called "Nothing Human Remains". Might play some shows here and there but we are going to throw most of our time into the new album. We have three new songs already ("Finality", "Problem Solved", and "The Penalty") but we are taking our time with everything to make sure what we put out isn't lacking. If you want to know what it feels like to wake up sick to your stomach every day, overcome with disgust, hatred and despair, wait for our new album.
And just to reiterate, we are not on Seventh Dagger records or any other label. We'll be doing things DIY for a little while. If you're wondering, we're still straight edge. For some reason, quite a few people seem to think we were only straight edge when we were on a certain label and that perhaps now that we are no longer on that label our straight edge might have been revoked or cancelled, forgetting we have a lifetime membership.

We are no longer with Seventh Dagger Records. From here on out, we'll be doing things ourselves without label support. This gives us complete control of everything containing our name that gets put out there. There are no hard feelings, we simply wanted to move forward without any attachments.
We are still a straight edge band.
We are still a straight edge band.
short little interview...questions came from Paul Bowman
RAINN has resources; they run a hotline, an online hotline, a website, an entire national network that extends beyond our reach but we share the same endgame…we want to help
have all you guys been straight edge your whole life?
I started calling myself straight edge when I was 10 or 11 because my brothers brought me into it but shit didn‘t really set in til I was maybe a freshman in highschool. Our guitarist mike was the same way…his dad brought him into things real young. nathan hasn’t touched anything his whole life. i’d have to ask travis and david
do you guys give support to sexual assault victims as in, i mean, do you guys know some victims and kinda help counsel them?
of course…100%…probably the best thing you could do for someone who is in that situation is just be there for them without judging…that’s what friends are for
what influences do ya guys have sound wise?
grimlock, built upon frustration, fury of five, no retreat, cold as life, unconquered, e-town, blood for blood, bulldoze and it’s always good to get a healthy dose of dmx
what band do ya guys look up to?
Most, if not all of the above mentioned bands…those who did things when there wasn’t myspace and fb
first who started the band?
I (Michael) have been in since the start but I don’t really think I can take all the creditfor me, having a friend who was raped and seeing what it did to her really set me on this path. I know the rest of the dudes in the band have very personal reasons for their decision to head the direction we have. It’s just really weird that we all ended up in the same band.
